Change Title Use of Session ID for Bluebeam Interface
Change Request Details
Description City of Kent Business Partners have requested the Amanda / Bluebeam integration
be setup using Session ID, and related webservices, in place of the previously agreed
upon Project ID.
Activities associated with this change include:
Analysis to validate the functionality of web services for session ID and any
changes required as a result.
Draft Amendment to the approved FRD “Vision33 City of Kent Amanda to
Bluebeam Integration Functional Requirements v1.3" document to change
requirements for the Bluebeam interface between Amanda to be done using
Session ID instead of Project ID.
Assess and incorporate appropriate feedback to secure signoff of the
amended FRD.
Re‐work of Bluebeam interface development to leverage Session ID
o The Amanda/City of Kent Bluebeam interface configuration includes
25 web service calls that leverage the “Project” web services.
Testing and deployment of the interface configuration to the City of Kent
environment.
Assumption:
Change is limited to the contents of this Change Order only.
Justification Bluebeam offers two collections of webservices, one for projects and one for
sessions. The City of Kent Business Partners have requested the use of Session ID
instead of Project ID
