Change Title Custom Web Services
Change Request Details
Description The City of Kent has identified additional requirements to support the City’s
development of the iNovah Payment Interface. These requirements have led to
additional professional services needs for the development of two custom web
services as follows:
1.Custom Lookup Service to enable the use of Bill# instead of Folder# based on
different business scenarios.
2.Custom VOID Service to enable the following payment scenarios:
a. Void a same day payment from iNovah
b. Void a same day payment from iNovah to adjust a payment in
iNovah
Vision33 will provide analysis, specification document(s) for City of Kent’s review
and approval prior to development of the custom web services.
Vision33 will unit test the developed web services prior to releasing the developed
services to City of Kent for review and approval of the developed web services.
Justification This change is required because a webservice does not exist for the purposes
requested by system innovators. This change order is required to add the scope
and cost of the custom web service configuration beyond what was originally
planned/understood in the SOW.

Cost There is additional cost introduced by this change order.
• Custom Lookup service: $3,300.00 (20 hours)
• Custom VOID service: $4,600.00 (28 hours)
The total for this change order is $7,900.00
Schedule A detailed project plan will be updated upon approval of the proposed changes,
however the below is a projected impact by project stage
Risk There is risk of impacts to the planned completion date for the Project’s Build stage.

Timely development and approval of the web services specification documents and
developed web services will be necessary to avoid extending the Build phase and
therefore Go-Live.
New tasks will be created in the City of Kent Project Plan to track progress on the
Web Services activities and ensure timely completion of tasks and approvals.
