Regrettably, we can no longer support your services. Without the necessary quantified progress points, we cannot justify our expenditures to the Alive and Free program. To that end, we have decided to move our efforts in a different direction, and that decision requires that we make a number of changes. As of December 31, 2019 we will be terminating our participation in the Joint Funding Agreement for the Alive and Free program partnership and will no longer provide funding foryour services. please consider this official notice of our intentions so the necessary adjustments can be made. Notices of Termination have been issued to the cities of Auburn and the Renton Police Department per our agreement with them. Thank you for the assistance that you have provided for us. I hope to remain on good terms with you and Alive and Free. The City of Auburn's agreementtoparticipateintheprogramandthefundingofthesameiscurrentlyscheduledtoexpire on December 3I,201-9' Please note that the City of Auburn's termination shall be in full effect at the end of 30 days following the date of this notice. Kent's termination from this contract shall be in full effect at the end of 30 days following the date of this notice.
