John Lamb,
Working with Alive and Free over the years has been an enlightening experience. Regrettably, we can
no longer support your services. Without the necessary quantified progress points, we cannot justify
our expenditures to the Alive and Free program. To that end, we have decided to move our efforts in a
different direction, and that decision requires that we make a number of changes.
As of December 31, 2019 we will be terminating our participation in the Joint Funding Agreement for the
Alive and Free program partnership and will no longer provide funding foryour services. please
consider this official notice of our intentions so the necessary adjustments can be made. Notices of
Termination have been issued to the cities of Auburn and the Renton Police Department per our
agreement with them.
Thank you for the assistance that you have provided for us. I hope to remain on good terms with you
and Alive and Free.
Respectfully,-
