FIRST AMENDMENT TO REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
WITH EARNEST MONEY PROVISION
This First Amendment (“First Amendment”) is part of the Purchase and Sale Agreement
dated May 11, 2021 (the “Agreement”), between the CITY OF KENT, a Washington municipal
corporation (“Buyer”), and ROBERT AND SALLY MENDEL LLC (“Seller”) regarding the sale
of property commonly known as 10028 SE 267th Street, Kent, WA 98030 (the “Property”).
IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE BUYER AND SELLER AS FOLLOWS:
1.Paragraph 1 of the Agreement is modified as follows to correct a typographical
error in the identified tax parcel number:
1.PROPERTY. The Property, which Buyer agrees to buy and Seller
agrees to sell, is known as King County Tax Parcel Number 202205-9210
292205-9210, approximately 98,010 square feet in size and located at
10028 SE 267th Street, Kent, WA (the “Property”). The Property is legally
described in Exhibit “A” and depicted in Exhibit “B”, both of which are
attached and incorporated.
2.The referenced Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “B” remain as originally appended and
incorporated into the Agreement.
3.All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment on the date
set forth below.
