happy to extend a warm welcome. All of us at the Un-carrier look forward to building and maintaining a strong and successful relationship with
you. As we integrate two companies into America's second largest wireless carrier, we'd like to provide a few updates and information about
your future lease payments.
First, to promote a smooth transition from Sprint (including Sprint/Nextel and Clearwire) to T-Mobile systems, a website has been created to
serve as a resource that includes Frequently Asked Questions, T-Mobile policies and procedures, along with contact information. Please visit

o What is changing about my lease payments and when will my payments come from T-Mobile?
o Do I need to sign up for payment with an automated clearing house (ACH)? How do I sign up for ACH?
. lf I have questions or an issue, whom can I contact?
Payment Methods, lf you are a Sprint-only Landlord and are currently paid via direct deposit (ACH), please know that your current ACH will not
automatically transition to T-Mobile's payment system. You must act now to set up your new ACH account with T-Mobile's ACH provider (Paymode
X). lf you do not set up an account with Paymode X, you will receive payment by paper check to the address on file, beginning June 2021'
If you need to transition your direct deposit account to T-Mobile - or if you are currently receiving paper check payments and you would like to
set up direct deposit with T-Mobile - you can do so quickly, easily and at no charge. Otherwise, paper check payments will be issued from T-
Mobile beginning June 2021". ACH set up can be completed by reaching out to Paymode X at the contact information below.

Lease Terms: All of the rights and obligations set forth in your lease remain in effect and unchanged unless that document is formally amended
by the parties, expires, or is terminated. There is no change to the Sprint tenant entity in the lease.
Contact lnformation: For your Sprint lease(s), other than receiving payments from T-Mobile, nothing is changing about your working relationship
with us. This letter is not intended to change the official notice provisions of your agreement. However, for your convenience, we can be
