Amendment
Amendment No. 3 to Police Services Agreement for Commander Services
OK to sign 4/23/2021. The Kent School District altered the amendment form provided by
the City of Kent and signed off on it. While the content is not as presented to the school, the
final dollar amount is accurate. Since these services have already been provided and the
final dollar amount noted as owed to the City is accurate, this form is fine to sign off on so
this contract can be closed out and the City reimbursed by the school district. KPD is
working to negotiate a new contract for the 2020-2021 school year and beyond.
