Each candidate was given three minutes for their opening remarks.
Question and answer portion:
Each candidate received five questions in advance. Each candidate had three
minutes to answer the question posed by the panel. Candidates took turns
answering questions.
Forum moved to audience questions:
Each candidate was given three minutes to answer audience questions.
Closing remarks by the two candidates:
Each candidate was given two minutes for their closing remarks.
