Approval of Minutes dated September 11, 2018 MOTION: Move to approve the Minutes dated September 11, 2018 RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS] AYES: Troutner, Boyce EXCUSED: Thomas 5. Chief's Update Chief Padilla presented the 2017 Use of Force Report. Commander Durham presented the Red Light Camera Feasibility Study. The primary goal is to identify a solution that helps reduce violations and collisions at some of the City of Kent's most traveled intersections while generating revenue for the City of Kent by citing dangerous drivers as they travel through our city. The top 5 intersections identified were: 104th Ave SE & SE 240th St 104th Ave SE & SE 256th St./Kent-Kangley Road & SE 256th St Central Ave N & E James St Public Safety Committee CC PS Regular Meeting Minutes October 9, 2018 Kent, Washington Page 2 of 2 84th Ave S & S 212th St Central Ave N & E Smith St Council President Bill Boyce requested Des Moines intersection be looked at Council President Bill Boyce inquired on the recent IACP conference that Chief Padilla attended 6.
