Call to Order Censar Rangel 6:30 p.m. 2. Roll Call Herbert Caret was absent. 3. Changes to the agenda None 4. Planning 2019 The entirety of this meeting was dedicated to planning for 2019. Suggested engagement ideas:  Participating in the Kent International Festival  Participating in cross cultural night at various local schools  Recruit more board members by attending college events  Candidate forum for October 2019  More participation at local community events  Partnerships with community based organizations  Create a tri-fold to use at engagement events 5.
