BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Board Chair, Rich Davis; Vice Chair, Karen
Chandler; Board Secretary, Lynell Mooney; Board members: Aaron Dent, Wendy
Graves, Cheryl Koubik, John Otakie, Mel Roberts, Andrew Sobczyk, Nick Swan.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Dan Hansen.
ABSENT: Frank Boosman, Lynell Mooney.
1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:45 PM, with Rich Davis presiding.
2. Roll Call
Board members Frank Boosman and Lynell Mooney were absent.
3. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the October 29 meeting were reviewed. Minutes were approved.
4. Election of 2019 Board Officers
Cheryl Koubik, Board Chair; Wendy Graves, Board Vice-Chair; Lynell Mooney,
Secretary.
5. PSRC KBAB Representative Update:
No report. Group did not meet.
6. City of Kent Staff Updates
Prioritization: Tabled for now, not going to council. New consultant hired for a TMP
position. Still need to establish goals and then it will move forward. Moving
towards a more multimodal service.
Bike Route Map will go through internal department review suggestions coming
from several sources. The items on map is a big wish list. This will be pared down.
Will come back to KBAB once it is approved, sometime 2019. One liner in TMP to
check bike requests prior to building.
Action Item for Dan: What is current process when installing or building? What if
there is a deviation? City streets—complete streets.
Cheryl Koubik has been added to City of Kent website.

New Charter is in draft form and will be reviewed by Law and Public Works
Committee.
Alternate for PSRC representative in Kent.

At 7:00 PM, Rich Davis declared the meeting adjourned.
