Call to Order/Roll Call: Commission Chair Michaud called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. 2. Changes to Agenda: None 3. Minutes dated November 27, 2018: Approved with minor changes 4. Public Comment: None 5. City Council Retreat, Feb. 1-2, 2019 Director Parascondola disseminated handouts of the upcoming city council retreat and discussed the process of the retreat. The commission was invited to attend the upcoming retreat. 6. PRCS 2018 Accomplishments & 2019 Work Plan Highlights The commission received a PowerPoint overview of the PRCS 2018 accomplishments and upcoming 2019 work plan. 7. 2020 – 2025 Recreation Program Plan Update Director Parascondola went over six-year plan looking at current and future programming as well as national trends in recreation programs. 8. Focus Group Discussion: Recreation Program Plan PROS Consulting conducted data gathering from the commission regarding strengths of the system, areas of improvement and priorities for what should be the vision over the next five to 10 years.
