Memo dated February 25,20L9 from Chief Padilla requesting permission to test for the position of Administrative Assistant II and that the following process and weights be applied: Written Exam: Computer Skills: Oral Board: Background/Polygraph : 30o/o (7oo/o passing score required) Pass/Fail 7oo/o (7oo/o passing score required) Pass/Fail If there isn't a sufficient applicant pool, the position will open to the public and it is requested that the top 20 from the written exam and computer skills assessment move on to the oral board. B. Approval of the Minutes Commissioner Zaratkiewicz made a motion to approve the minutes from the January 23,2OI9 Civil Service Commission meeting. Motion was seconded by Chair Piecewicz; motion passed 2-O. 5. Consent ltems to Acceot A, Letters dated January LB, zOLg from Chief Examiner Winecka to Entry Level Police Officer candidates Robert Chagnon, Alexander Cheesman, Kellie Greenhill, Dustin Kirkham, Zachary Knight, Darren Morris, Donald Powell, Joshua Ratliff, Carlos Hercules, Andrew Senseney, and Shawn Graves notifying them that their names have been removed from the Continuous Testing Eligibility List effective January 18, 2019.
