Candidates will be evaluated in following areas: Interpersonal Sensitivity, Leadership/Integrity, Adaptability/Flexibility, Planning and Organizing, Initiative, Problem Analysis/Judgement, Communication Skills, Decisiveness, Stress Tolerance, and Management Control. 2. Memo dated August 14, 2015 from Chief Thomas requesting permission to test for the rank of Commander. The exam will consist of up to four exercises and candidates will be evaluated in the following areas: oral communication, interpersonal insight, problem analysis, judgment, decisiveness, planning & organization, and delegation & control. Exercises will be equally weighted. 3. Memo dated August 14, 2015 from Chief Thomas requesting permission to test for the rank of Sergeant and that the promotional test consist of the following components: a.
