The position will be opened in- house first and, if there is an insufficient number of applications received, the position will open externally with restrictions as set forth below. The department requests that the following testing process and weights be applied: a. Written Exam: 30% (70% passing score required) b. Computer Skills: Pass/Fail The department requests that the top 20 applicants from the written exam and computer skills assessments move on to the oral board process. c.
