Memo dated May 16, 2016 from Chief Thomas requesting permission to test for the position of Administrative Assistant I. The position will be opened in-house first and, if there is an insufficient number of applications received, the position will open externally with restrictions as set forth below. The department requests that the following testing process and weights be applied: a. Written Exam: 30% (70% passing score required) b. Computer Skills: Pass/Fail The department requests that the top 20 applicants from the written exam and computer skills assessments move on to the oral board process. c. Oral Board: 70% (70% passing score required) d. Background: Pass/Fail e. Polygraph: Pass/Fail S. For the good of the order 9.
