It has come to our attention that our agreement for the Subject project will expire at the end of August. Although we have
submitted a proposal for idditional services, there may not be sutficient time to obtain the authorization for this work prior
to the contract expiration. I am sending this e-mail to request an extension so that there is sufficient time to finalize
approvals for the added scope and to complete the associated services. We respectfully request a time extension to 1
March2012.
Please let me know if there is anything further you require in order to process this request.
Best Regards,
Elmer
