Dear Franchise Administrator,
We are committed to keeping you and our customers informed about changes to Xfinity TV
services. As part of that ongoing commitment to keep you informed, we wanted to update you on
the following:
Effective March 16, 2021, The Africa Channel HD will be added to Digital Preferred. HD
programming subscriptions and compatible equipment is required to view the channel. The Africa
channel is a cable and streaming channel focusing on travel, lifestyle, and culture documentaries.
The channel covers the lands, people, culture, and history of Africa.
In addition, HD versions of TV Land, INSP, Disney Jr., FXM and GSN will be launched and ESNE
SD, (El Sembrador Nueva Evangelizacion) a Spanish language Catholic network, will be
launched in the Latino Tier.
Effective April 6, 2021, HD programming subscriptions and compatible equipment will be required
to view the Revolt and Aspire channels. To learn more visit www.xfinity.com/HowItWorks.
Effective April 13, 2021, Cartoon Network will no longer be available with Digital Starter, Kids &
Family, Economy Plus Latino TV, or Starter Latino TV. It will be available with Digital Preferred and
