The City of Kent, a Washington municipal corporation ("Grantor"), for and in
consideration of mutual benefits derived, and/or other valuable consideration
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Grantor, conveys and quit claims to the
City of Kent, a Washington municipal corporation ("Grantee"), for right of way
purposes, all its interest, including any after acquired title, in the following
described real property, situated in King County, Washington:

That portion of the east 15.00 feet of the west 45.00 feet of the northwest quarter
of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 27, Township 22
North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, lying southerly of the
southerly margin of South 264"' Street;
Together with that part of said subdivision described as follows:
Commencing at the west quarter corner of said Section 27; thence S01000'12"w,
along the west line of the southwest quarter of said Section 27, a distance of 60.00
feet; thence S88042'10"E 45.00 feet to the east line of the west 45.00 feet of said
subdivision to a point on the south right of way margin of South 264`h Street and
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S88042'10"E, along said south
right of way margin, 25.13 feet to a point of tangency with a 25.00 foot radius
circular curve to the left; thence southwesterly, along said curve, through a central
angle of 90017'38", an arc distance of 39.40 feet to a point of tangency with the
