QUIT CLAIM DEED
The City of Kent, a Washington municipal corporation ("Grantor"), on the
date signed below, for and in consideration of mutual benefits derived, and/or other
valuable consideration receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Grantor,
conveys and quit claims to the Kent Fire Department Regional Fire Authority, a
Washington municipal corporation ("Grantee"), all its interest, including any after
acquired title, in the following described real property, situated in King County,
Washington (the "Property"):
See Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein.
Grantee shall have and hold said Property only so long as the same shall be
allocated for the uses of providing or supporting fire protection and emergency

medical services, it is the intent of the Grantor to vest the Grantee an estate in
determinable fee simple in the Property which shall automatically terminate upon
allocation of the Property for any purpose other than those herein described.
