Dear Ms. Jacober:
As part of our commitment to provide the very best entertainment and communications
experience,we continue to invest in our next-generation, high-speed fiber-optic network to
support new product features and more programming choices.
Periodically, we must adjust prices due to increases in programming and other business costs.
Starting July 1, 2012, new prices will apply to select video, Internet and phone services as
indicated on the enclosure. Also effective July 1, 2012, Comcast will charge $1.99 per month for
each new Digital Adapter Additional Outlet Service subscribed to on or after July 1, 2012, by
customers with Digital Starter and above video services.
Customers will be notified of these changes through messages on their monthly billing statements.
