Dear Ms. Jacober:
As part of our commitment to provide the very best entertainment and communications
experience, we continue to invest in our next-generation, high-speed fiber-optic network to
support new product features and more programming choices. Our latest network enhancement
provides even more High-Definition (HD) and On Demand entertainment choices both on TV and
online; digital phone service with advanced features and unrivaled call clarity; and Internet with
some of the fastest speeds available in the United States.
Periodically, we must adjust prices due to increases in programming and other business costs.
Starting July 1, 2011, new prices—some higher, some lower—will apply to select video, Internet and
phone services as indicated on the enclosure. Customers will be notified of these changes by
newspapers ads and bill messages.
