Dear Ms. Jacober:
On April 30, 2009, the NFL Network may terminate Comcast's right to carry NFL Network. We
are seeking the right to continue carrying the Network,but if unsuccessful, the following channels
may be removed from our line-up on or shortly after May 1:

On or shortly after April 15, 2009, Comcast will move the following channels from the Digital
Preferred to the Digital Starter level of service:

These changes will be made automatically and will not result in the modification of our current
Basic or Digital service rates. Customers will be notified of these changes by newspaper message.
