Dear Ms. Jacober:
Effective on or shortly after April 2, 2009, KWDK (Daystar) on Channel 18 will change service
levels from Analog Limited to Digital Limited.
Legal notification will be placed in local newspapers on or about March 2, 2009. This change will
be made automatically and will not result in a modification of our current Basic or Digital Cable
service rates.
