Dear Ms. Jacober:
On or shortly after March 3, 2009, Comcast will add the following channel to our Digital
Preferred level of service:

Outdoor Channel 406
Also on or after March 3, 2009, Comcast will add the following channels to our Digital Starter
level of service to King County neighborhoods on a rolling basis over the next 11 months:

Spike HD 659
Nick HD 679
These changes will be made automatically and will not result in the modification of our current
Basic or Digital service rates. Customers will be notified of these changes by newspaper message.
