On December 18, 2008, Comcast is making a number of changes to our product offerings in Kent in order to improve our customers' experience. The way people watch TV,listen to music, or surf the Internet is evolving to a digital world. In an effort to keep our customers ahead of that digital curve and to provide them with the products and services they want, we are refining our package offerings so our customers can enjoy the benefits of our products at the most competitive price. These changes include both name changes for certain package offerings and price changes for products. These are not promotional offers. Starting December 18, 2008, Comcast will offer the HD Triple Play in Kent. These are new service bundles that include High-Definition set-top box and High-Definition video service. The following are the tiers and pricing for the new HD Triple Play bundles: HD Starter: The HD Starter Bundle will include the following services: Digital Starter video service(80+digital channels), On Demand, High-Definition set-top box and service, Comcast High-Speed Internet Performance Service with PowerBoost®and Comcast Digital Voice® with the Unlimited calling plan that includes unlimited local and long-distance calls to the US, Canada,Puerto Rico and certain other U.S. territories. The standard price for this bundle is $134.99 per month. HD Preferred: The HD Preferred Bundle will include the following services: Digital Preferred video service(140+digital channels), On Demand,High-Definition set-top box and service, Comcast High-Speed Internet Performance Service with PowerBoost®and Comcast Digital Voice®with the Unlimited calling plan that includes unlimited local and long-distance calls to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and certain other U.S. territories. The standard price for this bundle is $149.94 per month. HD Plus: The HD Plus Bundle will include the following services: Digital Preferred video service with HBO® (150+ digital channels), On Demand,High-Definition set-top box and service, Comcast High-Speed Internet Blast!® Service with PowerBoost®and Comcast Digital Voice®with the Unlimited calling plan that includes unlimited local and long-distance calls to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and certain other U.S. territories. HD Premier: The HD Premier Bundle will include the following services: Digital Premier video service(200+digital channels) with HBO®, Starz®, Cinemax®, Showtime®and the Sports Entertainment Package, On Demand,High-Definition Digital Video Recorder(DVR) set-top box and service,High-Speed Internet Ultra®Service with PowerBoost®Comcast Digital Voice®with the Unlimited calling plan that includes unlimited local and long-distance calls to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and certain other U.S. territories. The standard price for this bundle is$209.99 per month. Digital Premier Name Change and Package Description Digital Premier Service: Effective December 18, 2008, the name of the Digital Premier package will change to Total Premium. This name change will not impact the pricing or the channels that are currently included. Effective December 18, 2008 Total Premium will no longer be available for new subscriptions. Digital Premier Package Description: The only change between the old Digital Premier Package (now Total Premium) and the new Digital Premier package is that we have exchanged The Movie Channel with the Sports Entertainment Package. The new Digital Premier Package includes D1, D2, HBO®, Starz®, Showtime®, Cinemax® and the Sports Entertainment Package. Enclosed is a sample of the newspaper advertisement regarding this change.
