Dear Ms. Jacober:
Comcast would like to advise you of changes we are making to our channel line-up on or shortly
after December 6, 2007:
• Zhong Tian (Channel 243), TV Asia(Channel 247), Arabic Radio & Television(Channel
253), and RAI International (Channel 254) will be deleted.
• Fox Business (Channel 130) and CSPAN3 (Channel 150) will be added.
• CSPAN2 (Channel 25) will change service levels from Analog Limited to Digital Limited.
These changes will be made automatically and will not result in the modification of our current
service rates. Customers will be notified of the channel changes by newspaper message.
