Dear Mr. Moore:
We are committed to delivering the entertainment and services our customers rely on today, and the new
experiences they will love down the road. As we continue to make improvements to our products and services,
our cost of doing business increases.
Please note that effective October 1, 2017, as a result of increased business costs, the subscriber Late Fee charge
will increase from $9.50 per occurrence to $10.00 per occurrence. Subscribers will be notified of this change
via bill message beginning September 1, 2017.
