Scarsella is requesting a straight $1.10/SF increase for pigmented sealer in lieu of stain. At recent meetings it's also been noted that the bridge only requires pigmented sealer at outside face of barrier down face of last girder both side. WSDOT standard specification only include locations "as shown on plans." We cannot find where crossbeams or columns are included on this project. Does the City want to request sealer coating be added to bridge columns and crossbeams?
