RE: Mutual Termination of Professional Services Agreement
Dear Mr. Glatt:
As you are aware, the City has recently changed medical service providers for its
corrections facility. Due to this shift, beginning February 1, 2021, the City will no longer
need the professional services provided by your firm. As a result, it is the City’s desire
to mutually terminate the Professional Services Agreement between the City and Ideal
Option, signed on April 30, 2020, pursuant to Section 6.1 of that Agreement. I note that
this termination is not the result of any deficiencies or complaints as to Ideal Option’s
performance. Further, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the management
and staff of Ideal Option for all their hard work in implementing a medication assisted
treatment program.
I ask that you please respond to this letter in writing and confirm our understanding that
the above referenced Professional Services Agreement will terminate on January 31,
2021.
