BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO RCW 58.04.007
This Boundary Line Agreement Pursuant to RCW 58.04.007("Agreement") is made this
fX day of October, 2014, by and between the City of Kent, a Washington municipal
corporation; the City of Seattle, a Washington municipal corporation and the City of SeaTac, a
Washington municipal corporation (individually a"Party," and collectively, the "Par-tics"),
Recitals
A. The City of Kent is the owner of real property located in King County,
Washington, King County Tax Parcel No. 1522049170(the"Kent Property").
B. The City of Seattle is the owner of real property located in King County,
Washington, King County Tax Parcel No. 1522049172 (the "Seattle Property").
C. The City of SeaTac is the owner of real property located in King County,
Washington, King County Tax Parcel No. 1522049017(the "SeaTac Property"and together with
the Kent Property and the Seattle Property, the"Properties"). j
D. The Seattle and Kent Properties are adjacent to one another east to west. The
southern boundary of SeaTac Property is adjacent to the northern boundary of the Seattle
Property and a portion of the Kent Property. The actual location of the common boundary
between the SeaTac Properly and the Seattle and Kent Properties cannot be determined with
certainty from the existing public record and monuments.

E. The Parties desire to resolve this uncertainty and have agreed that the common
boundary line as shown on the Record of Survey, King County Recording No. 20140213900014,
holding the found corners, represents the actual location of the common boundary between the
Properties based on the best available evidence.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained herein and other good
and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the
Parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, agree as follows:

l, Incorporation of Recitals, The foregoing Recitals are incorporated into this
Agreement as if fully set forth herein.
2. Agreement to Location of Common Boundary Lines. Pursuant to provisions of
RCW Chapter 58.04,007(1), the Parties agree that the common boundary line between the
Parties' Properties referenced above shall be as depicted as the northern boundary of Tax Pa reel
No. 1522049172 and a portion of the northern boundary of Tax Parcel No. 1522049170 on the
Record of Survey, King County Recording No. 20140213900014, incorporated herein by this
reference, and as that common boundary line is legally described as set forth on Exhibit A,
attached hereto and incorporated herein ("Common Boundary Line'). In accordance with
foregoing, the City of Seattle conveys and quitclaims any property north of the Common
Boundary Line along the Seattle Property to the City of SeaTac; the City of Kent conveys and
quitclaims any property north of the Common Boundary Line along the Kent Property to the City
of SeaTac; and the City of ScaTac conveys and quitclaims any property south of the Common
Boundary Line to the City of Seattle, to the extent any property is along the Seattle Property, and
to the City of Kent,to the extent any property is along the Kent Property.
3. Binding Effect' AssienabilitY. This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit
of the Parties hereto, and their respective successors, heirs, legatees, representatives,receivers,
trustees, successors,transferees and assigns and runs with the land.

4. Recordini . This Agreement shall be recorded in King County,Washington.
5. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of identical
counterparts, notwithstanding that all Parties have not signed the same counterpart, with the
same effect as if all Parties had signed the same document. All counterparts shall be construed
and shall constitute one and the same agreement.
