This Amendment serves to modify section 2 of the Special Terms and Conditions of Grant Agreement
GRT20016. Grantee may spend funds that were awarded in January 2020 for approved uses during
calendar years 2020 and 2021.
The Washington State Office of Public Defense and Grantee, as defined above, acknowledge and accept
the change described in section 7 of this Amendment. All other terms and conditions remain in full force
and effect.
