Proposal for Landscape Architectural Services - Additional Services Request, West Fenwick
Park Field Grade revisions during CA
Terry:
During the construction administration phase of work Terra Dynamics proposed
grading revisions entailing raising the field twelve inches. This revision was proposed to
aid with construction schedule and coordination with the adjacent public works project,
and provides potential value engineering to the project. This revision required post-

(Sheet C200) to ensure appropriate drainage and a smooth transition to adjacent site
elements. Work included grading revisions around the Futsal court, triggering upgrades
to the existing pathway that were noi included in the original set of documents.
