This revision was proposed to aid with construction schedule and coordination with the adjacent public works project, and provides potential value engineering to the project. This revision required post- permit changes to Civil Engineering documents to revise their grading and utility plan (Sheet C200) to ensure appropriate drainage and a smooth transition to adjacent site elements. Work included grading revisions around the Futsal court, triggering upgrades to the existing pathway that were noi included in the original set of documents. Additional information can be found in the attached scope letter from KPFF dated August 24,2020 Fees Based on the scope of services identified at this time, we have established a fee for time and expense not to exceed $3,850 00 to complete this work, This amount includes a 10% administrative mark-up. Fees will be billed monthly based upon the percentage of work completed. lf this proposal meets with your approval, please sign one copy and return it to our office. lf you have questions, would like more information, or wish to make any modifications, please do not hesitate to contact us.
