TERMINATION OF EASEMENT
In consideration of mutual benefits derived, the City of Kent, a municipal
corporation, does hereby terminate that certain Easement recorded under King
County Auditor's File #6293048 and does hereby release and relinquish all rights
under the Easement. The legal description of the easement area is specifically
described in Exhibit "A" which is attached and incorporated herein.
