Re: Launch of BNC HD and JBS HD
Dear Franchise Administrator:
We are committed to keeping you and our customers informed about changes to
Xfinity TV services.
Effective November 12, 2020, Black News Channel HD will be available on channel
1116 as part of the “Extra” tier.
Effective December 8, 2020, Jewish Broadcasting Service HD will be available on
channel 1684 as part of the “Extra” tier.
HD service and IP-capable equipment is required to view both channels. A limited
number of customers may still have older devices that do not support these
channels and will not be able to view them until the devices are replaced.
