As a center of aerospace innovation, with hundreds of established and emerging
companies in Kent Valley communities, I appreciate your agreement and continued
support of KentValleyWA.com, our centralized economic development/business
recruitment website for our region.
While yielding new business inquiries as we had anticipated, your City's willingness to
partner in the site's maintenance and Search Engine Optimization is greatly
appreciated.
By working together, we not only strengthen our competitive position, but our
marketing elforts and dollars are maximized.
TERM: This agreement will be for the updated version of Recruit Viewer, the available
real estate search tool provided to us by GIS Webtech, and continual Search Engine
Optimization to ensure potential investors can find the site online. With contributions
from the participating Jurisdictions, the City of Kent wlll be solely responsible for
ongoing content, and maintenance of the website.
DELMRABLES: Website components include:
r Information about Kent Valley communities' amenities, demographic data, and
specialized workforce. A commercial real estate directory, Recruit Viewer, provided by GIS Webtech
showcasing available Kent Valley opportunities. A business directory, utilizing business license data, to illustrate the high
number of innovative companies, and their specialized talent baser Site optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. SEO plugin and setup with specified keywordsr Continual Search Engine Optimization, provided by Conversion SEO, to ensure
potential investors can locate our site online.. Google Analytics installation

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION: The City of Kent is fronting most of the costs to
maintain the site and provide Search Engine Optimization services, at a cost of
approximately $21,600. In support of this effort, the City of Tukwila will contribute as
follows, and will be provided to the City of Kent by October 30,2020:
