Work was tobegin immediately upon full execution of the Agreement. However, Integra-Tree, LLC wasunable to obtain certain licenses needed to begin the work within the time frame requiredby the Agreement. As a result, the parties mutually agreed to immediately terminate theAgreement.This letter memorializes the parties' agreed termination, Both parties' performance underthe Agreement is excused without penalty or liability to the other party. Integra-Tree, LLChas neither performed any work under the Agreement, nor has the City paid Integra-Tree,LLC any amount of the compensation provided for by the Agreement.
