Motion carried. Review of Human Services Master Plan Draft New policies and procedures of plan were reviewed. Next steps including briefing the Mayor and soliciting public comments were outlined. Homeless s ervrces Fundng Cornm�Ssion directed staff to invite GCS, Home, and Valley Cities to discuss how to collaborate on men s shelter servrces. Staff will report at t e cto r mee ng. Revicew:of CDB<G Aflnual Aotidkn Ptan Staff reviewed funding recommendatlohs and the timeline for public comment. Public hearing will be at October commission meeting Commission Expirations Correction noted for Commissioner Duclos. Term ends 2008 Second Quarter Performance Measures Report Staff reviewed second quarter performance reports. Two CDBG funded agencies were behind but had met with program staff and were confident annual measures will be met. Financial At taeV Fair The Literacy Fair on October 2$t"i at Kent Senior Center.
