Yes No Dir Asst: Sup/Mgr: Dir/Dep: rev. 200901 FOR CITY OF KENT OFFICIAL USE ONLY First Addendum - Rent Waiver Agreement This First Addendum is made to the Lease Agreement between City of Kent Municipal Court (“City”) and Alliance One Receivables Management, Inc. (“Lessee”), entered into March 9, 2012m for a pay station at the Kent Municipal Court. City and Lessee hereby agree to the following: Due to unforeseen and unusual circumstances resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the City is waiving rent for the months of April, May, and June of 2020. The Tenant will not be charged rent for the months of May and June, and will be credited for the rent payment already made in April. Such credit shall be applied toward the next month of rent not yet paid. By executing this First Addendum, the parties agree that the City shall not be considered in breach for its closure of the Court and denial of entry to the premises, and Lessee shall not be considered in breach for its failure to pay rent for the months of May and June. IN WITNESS, the parties below execute this First Addendum to the Lease Agreement, which shall become effective on the last date signed below.
