Marvin Eckfeldt will see than an article regarding; block grant and general fund application availability is placed in the newspaper. Alice Shobe stated that block grant requires public notices be sent stating that interpreters are available upon request. Lin Ball distributed a copy of the Human Services Funding Priorities and Criteria which was adopted in 1986 and a discussion on funding pr1orit es followed. He also feels it is insensitive of the City Council to change the name without first 11 consulting ;the Commission.
