Dear Franchise Administrator:
We are committed to keeping you and our customers informed about changes to Xfinity TV services.
On October 1, 2020, KIRO in Seattle is changing their multicast GET-TV to Cozi-TV.
On October 27, 2020
Revolt HD, a minority-owned American music-oriented network, will launch on the Digital Starter
and Entertainment packages in your community. We will preview Revolt HD on Digital Starter and
Entertainment packages starting on or about September 29, 2020.
Aspire HD, a minority-owned network celebrating the experiences of black culture and urban
lifestyle, will launch on the Digital Starter and Entertainment packages in your community.
On November 5, 2020, in an effort to phase in an alignment of our packages nationally, Crossings
(Channel 152) will be moved from our Preferred+ package to Extra (Entertainment Genre Pack).
We are communicating these changes with affected customers through bill notifications.
