("Contractor") CONTRACT NAME & PROJECT NUMBER: 640 Pressure Zone Booster Station ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATE: December 27 2018 This Change Order amends the above-referenced contract; all other provisions of the contract that are not inconsistent with this Change Order shall remain in effect. For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, the project contract is modified as follows: 1. Section I of the Agreement, entitled "Description of Work," is hereby modified to add additional work or revise existing work as follows: In addition to work required under the original Agreement and any prior Amendments, Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to: Add PID loop software to the pump stations operational programming which is required to operate the station under various conditions. 2. The contract amount and time for performance provisions of Section II "Time of Completion," and Section III, "Compensation," are hereby modified as follows: Original Contract Sum, $2,728,427.90 (including applicable alternates and WSST) Net Change by Previous Change Orders $78,084.94 (incl. applicable WSST) Current Contract Amount $2,806,512.84 (incl. This Change Order, unless otherwise provided, does not relieve the Contractor from strict compliance with the guarantee and warranty provisions of the original contract, particularly those pertaining to substantial completion date. As described in the City's 1/28/2020 email, our proposed scope of work includes: 1. Review and become familiar with the existing Programs. 2. Programming for a user selectable PID control of all(4) pumps for the 640 Zone Pump Station. To include the following: a. PLC Programming for discharge pressure set point control b. Provide logic for fire flow under PID control c. HMI display programming to include "Normal Pumping/PID selection button". d. A user selectable pressure setpoint and dead band control screen e. Two full days for onsite start-up and tuning assistance 3. Programming for Controlled Start/Stop of pumps during ATS power transfers a. Controlled start of lead pump after ATS transfer from utility to emergency position b. Controlled shutdown of pumps(s) prior to ATS transfer from emergency to utility position c. Controlled re-start of Pump(s) after return to utility position 4. Programming and any wiring required to display the new Power Monitor information on the HMI. a. Create logic block to read information. b. Create HMI display for Individual Phase Current, Phase Voltage,VARs, KW Hours, faults, min/max, totals, etc. 5. Test proper operation of the facility 6. Provide updated documentation of the changes.
