For many years we have been successfully providing the safest and most effective FUNERAL ESCORTS through many jurisdictions without incident. To our credit this is due the implementation of higher standards than our predecessors, proactive communications law enforcement, pre-routing, specialized training and our commitment to safety. Regional Motorcade has never had an issue with any LE or WSP but has worked proactively with WSP to create the present permitting standard (WAC 204-36-010 thru 204-36-070) that could be applied to ALL funeral escort companies to reestablish confidence in the services we provide. This standard included processes that were already a part of the basic foundation of Regional Motorcade as well as the implementation of notification and mapping systems within our planning(i.e.advanced notification of WS DOT and local law enforcement when applicable). We follow applicable MUTCD standards and perform pre-ride route inspections to insure we are proactive with our commitment to safety, operating within the limitations of our permitting, with the least impact on traffic. Regional Motorcade is the first of its kind with 100% owner operations and over 50 years of combined motorcade experience serving funeral homes in your jurisdiction and throughout Western Washington. We raised the bar and are dedicated to maintaining our high standards with properly trained, licensed, insured, and certified(by the WSP)emergency vehicle operators who operate only inspected, commercially insured, properly maintained and authorized emergency vehicles. Gaining approval to continue escorting funeral processions in your jurisdiction will allow us to care for your community(the grieving as well as the general public) while serving the needs of local funeral homes that want to honor long-established traditions regarding the passage of loved ones. Your approval is time sensitive so we would appreciate your response as soon as possible and if you have any questions do not hesitate to give me a call. Respectfully, 6 P'onal ch_11.
