As you may be aware, T-Mobile and Sprint finalized our merger on April L,2020 and became New
T-Mobile. At New T-Mobile, our relationships with our landlords are important because they enable us to
continue providing the highest quality, service, and value to our customers.
New T-Mobile is aggressively working on integrating both companies' networks, which includes an
extensive review of all of our cell sites, and how each site aligns with our commitment to providing the
best network to our consumers. As part of this review, Md7, LLC, a New T-Mobile authorized contractor,
will be reaching out to you to discuss our agreement, including new rent and term options. Our goal is to
solidify our relationship with you as a preferred site and make your site an enduring part of our core
network. We anticipate that any changes will benefit the long-term objectives of both parties.
