Traffic Control shall be implemented in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices as set forth in Part VI within said manual. The Construction Inspector of the City of Kent shall be given twenty-four (24) hours notice prior to the commencement of any work. hereby expressly agreed that this bond is also given and made as a guaranty againsv. defective materials or workmanship in the construction of said Improvements, provided, however, that no suit or action or proceeding by any reason of any defect what6er thall be brought upon this bond after one year following the final acceptance of said Improvements by the City. The condition of this obligation is such that if the principal shall construct said improvements in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, this obliga- tion shall be void one year after final acceptance of said improvements by the City, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
