AMENDMENT TO REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
WITH EARNEST MONEY PROVISION
The following is part of the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated March 10,
2020 (the "Agreement"), between the CITY OF KENT, a Washington municipal
corporation ("Seller"), and PACMET PROPERTY LLC ("Buyer") regarding the sale
of a portion of the property known as 959 5T" Avenue S., Kent, WA 98032 (King
County Tax Parcel Number 000660-0102) (the "Property").
IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE BUYER AND SELLER AS FOLLOWS:
The date of Closing shall be extended until 5:00 PM, May 22, 2020.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment
on the date set forth below.
