Dear City Attorney,
Amerícan Traffic Solutions, Inc., doing business as Verra Mobility ("Verra Mobility,,), and the Cityof Kent ("City") entered into an agreementon May 30,20L3, as'had been amendeã from time totime, for a photo safety enforcement program (the ..Agreement,,).
In performing this contract, Verra Mobility has engaged Qualfon Data Services Group, LLC("Qualfon") to perform a portion of the violations processing services performed by Verra Vónitityunder the Agreement, specifically, what we refer to as "imáge crop". Verra Mobility is nof seekingpermission to subcontract the "verify-notice" portion of violátions processing, whicñ would requireaccess to vehicle registered owner information.
Verra Mobility acknowledges that consenting to the subcontracting to Qualfon does not limit VerraMobility's liability to the City related to the services performed u¡ider t-he Agreement.
