Please be advised of the following change occurring as of today, March 20th, 2020: Sound Transit's Designated
Representative indicated in Section 24.3 of the FWLE Development Agreement with the City of Kent (GA 0274-17,
executed on March 12th, 2019) has changed from Dan Abernathy to Joe Gildner.
