RE: An Ordinance Granting a Franchise Renewal to TCI of Seattle, Inc.
The undersigned TCI of Seattle, Inc. does hereby accept the franchise granted pursuant
to Ordinance No. 3108, passed and approved on May 4, 1993 and May 5, 1993
respectively, and does hereby agree that it will comply with and abide by all of the
provisions, terms and conditions of the franchise, subject to applicable federal, state and
local law.

entity owning and operating the City of Kent's franchise. TCI of Seattle, Inc. is wholly
owned by its parent, TCI Cablevision of Washington, Inc., which is the name in which
we conduct business.
