Dear Greg:
This letter is in response to the Union's proposal dated June 29, 1998 regarding
the buy back of Terry McCartin's vacation when he was on Union business. The
City is willing to accept the Union's proposal with the understanding that this and
future requests for buy back of member's vacation will be made in writing to Fire
Administration.
Please indicate your agreement by signing below and returning this letter to
Employee Services at your earliest convenience. After receipt of this signed
document, I will forward the above information to Fire Administration and Payroll
for processing to credit back Mr. McCartin's vacation hours.
