RE: Federal Way Link Extension — Addendum to Letter of Agreement between
City of Kent and Highline Water District
Dear Mr. Abernathy,
This letter serves as an addendum to the letter of agreement between the City of Kent
and Highline Water District dated October 21, 2019.
Under this addendum the parties agree to the following:
• The proposed 8-Inch diameter watermain on S 236t" Street within the bus
turnaround will be extended to the south where it will terminate with a blind
flange, hydrant assembly and necessary appurtenances as generally shown
on the attached Exhibit A.
The signatures below indicated concurrence between the Cit of Kent and Highline Water
District to the condition listed above.
